Shipping and Delivery

• Naative delivers products to most of planet earth
• All Naative products are currently Made to Order. They will be made and shipped within 7-10 business days – unless there is a really good reason why they can’t be, and then we will let you know.
• All orders are shipped with tracking information
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, you can check out exactly where your package is – please allow 12 hours for shipping information to be updated on the USPS website.
• Once we have shipped your order, it is your responsibility to track your package. We have no additional tracking information, other than what we have given you.

Domestic orders
•We ship with United States Postal Service
•We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders

International Orders
• All available international shipping options will be given to you for selection. Final costs will be calculated before checkout.
• If you are shipping your purchase internationally, the package will only be trackable through the shipping service you provided.
• All orders that ship to a United States address will include GST. Orders outside of the United States do not include GST, however, import and tax fees may apply depending on where you live and what your final destination address is. Fees and taxes vary within each country. For more information, feel free to contact your local customs office. No doubt they will be excited to hear from you.
• Customs/Import Duties and Local Delivery .Customs fees if any are not included in the shipping and it is the responsibility of the receiver.We will not be responsible for import and tax fees. On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange a good, please contact us with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

• We offer a 30 day, easy return policy. All items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging for refund.
• Items that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by Naative.
• All return or exchange must be received in sellable good condition.

• Custom orders are final sale, no refund or exchange.

Warranty
• All Naative products have a 12-month warranty.
• This covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect.
• Naative wallets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace any item depending on the situation.
• To request a warranty claim please email Naative at customerservice@naative.com with images and a description of the damage.
• Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
